KB Home is investing in the Marketing of Green Home Building mix (talk is cheap) but what does it mean to you and I? Ironically Luis G. Nogales and former CEO Bruce Karatz known currently for going on trial February 23rd 2010 have associations with one of the largest Electrical producer’s in the World EDISON INTERNATIONAL? Nogales is also a director of Southern California Edison Co (Double salary?)., Isn’t a bit ironic that the new Green Building craze that a Members of KB Home board are also on a Giant Utility? Electrical Giants aren’t known for their compassion for Joe Public and lowering costs. Sometimes I think they want us as slaves to their grid from the day were born to the day we die. Has Edison ever given you any rate decrease, a credit or did any energy audit of your new KB Home? I bet money goes right out the walls, door and electrical outlets of a KB Home.

My KB Home (a KB Home Sucks) has actually been using more than 200% electricity for years thanks to KB Home with it’s complete neglect and ignorance and zero supervision during the building and inspection phases. The furnace has blown out every single year we’ve been in this house because KB Home had issues with it’s electrical wiring. KB Home electrical wiring was either hooked up to dangerously high voltages, and transformers heat, or crucial components had no electricity connected to them (4 years). This dangerous neglected wiring could have burned the house down and is a contributing factor for toxic black MOLD. No telling if the smoke detectors installed by KB Home are suffering the same incorrect wiring and KB Home negligence? KB Home did not check or inspect these high voltage furnace items until years many later. If it wasn’t for some of our audio recording putting KB Home CSR on the spot KB would have offed the failure of this major home system $$$ back on us. Not on their product selection and installation.

Both Karatz and Luis Nogales were on KB Home’s Board of directors when this LEMON of a house was built (MY HOME MY LEMON).

Nogales commands hundreds of millions in others investor’s money and portfolio’s while all the time these defectively constructed homes are being produced and sold to the public. I wonder if Nogales investors care what type of reputation both Nogales and Karatz are developing in the Marketplace and what other boards and investments Nogales heads that are also producing such poor products? A “KB Home Sucks” just Google it. The name “Nogales” is derived from the Spanish word for “walnut” or “walnut tree.” Maybe he’s invested some of those investor’s cash in Wal-Mart. He then would be a Wal-Mart-Nut. He is the largest financial contributor to Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), for the protection of Mexican immigrant rights, nothing in any biography anywhere we investigated on the Internet states if Mr. Nogales immigrated to the United states, was born here or any other situation like he’s a citizen of some other country (rags to riches story like Angelo Mozilo’s of KB Home Mortgage aka Countrywide Fame). Hopefully he is working hard for Mexican immigrant rights and the rights of the American People in being protected from large corporations ripping us off too.

Do you think it’s a conflict of interest that Nogales and Karatz are on Edison’s board and none of KB Home, or the homes it sells to you and me is completely tied to the electrical grid for years to come?
