I bought a KB Home in Fort Worth and the foundation totally cracked in half due to major plumbing leaks under the house. Eventually, they had to lift the house up on a crane to fix the foundation. Everything had to be removed, we had to move out and they told us if we had a problem selling because of the problems, they would help us out. Well guess what, we had trouble selling. Inspectors told prospective buyers “don’t even waste your time looking at it”. We asked KB Home to help us and they refused to do anything. Way to go KB Home.
